I am using the Fedora Docker Host 21 boot.iso to perform VM installs. So far I have three VMs running fine. However I am running into a pb with trying to run rpm-ostree upgrade

-bash-4.3# ostree remote add --set=gpg-verify=false fedora-atomic http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/fedora-atomic/repo/ -bash-4.3# rpm-ostree rebase fedora-atomic:

2042 metadata, 14824 content objects fetched; 223544 KiB transferred in 2051 secondsCopying /etc changes: 18 modified, 0 removed, 26 added error: During /etc merge: New tree removes parent directory '/ostree/deploy/fedora-atomic-host/deploy/3c501773f942016afb0f4e815e3016c3019386425c99bec822e2ed958f3ff252.0/etc/firewalld/zones', cannot merge

Note: I noticed that someone else ran into the same issue -> https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1132435

However no resolution so far.

I ended up doing:

cd /ostree/deploy/fedora-atomic-host
rm -rf */etc/firewalld/zones
atomic upgrade
