Atomic Host using /var/lib/docker instead of "docker-pool"

So I've made a docker VM with 100GB of storage based on the Atomic Centos 7.1.2 installer iso image. I've got an unmounted "docker-pool" logical volume with with ~88GB, and a "/dev/cah/root" LV mounted on / which is ~3GB (this config was basically the default). I think I installed from the ISO, then did rpm-ostree upgrade and an rebooted. I then proceeded to pull a few images which filled my /, it appears that this is due to the images going into /var/lib/docker.

I read through http://www.projectatomic.io/docs/dock... but it appears that this image is setup differently and I'm not sure that I should have to do anything in that space anyways.

I guess my question is where I went wrong and I do i fix this? Should I just lvremove docker-pool and add it to /dev/cah/root?
