What happens to new packages when I run rpm-ostree upgrade? [closed]

If I use Yum or RPM to install packages on top of a Docker image, what happens to those packages when I run rpm-ostree upgrade? Are they lost, or integrated into the new tree, or...?

Right now, you can't install packages on top of hosts that are using rpm-ostree. There is a plan to enable package installation on rpm-ostree, but it's not part of the feature set currently.

It'e easier to track USPS package with the services provided by post office. Also you need to check USPS Holidays to know when to avail services.
